This letter comes to you entirely too long overdue.

My husband and I wanted to commend the entire ProStruction Team in completing the installation of our windows in the summer of 2009.

As new home owners, my husband and I were a bit nervous about hiring a construction company. We were extremely fortunate to have worked with ProStruction, as our experience was nothing less than excellent.

Derek Loughran, Director of Operations, was professional and prompt in getting the whole job started and setting our minds at ease. Jay Delango, Sales Manager, was equally professional and prompt. He was very knowledgeable about the products and recommended the perfect windows for our home for a great price. He also gave us an estimated date for the work to be complete, and the work was finished before that. Michael D'Olivio, Design Consultant, was extremely thorough and precise as he had overseen the job. He saw things that we hadn't seen in the work and made sure everything was completed perfectly. The team who installed the windows was so professional and quick. They arrived on time each time, kept the inside of the house clean, and cleaned any mess that was made outside. We felt like we could trust them even when we weren't here. (I don't remember the name of the gentleman who was the head of the job but he was truly a perfectionist!!) And of course Denise from the office was always extremely pleasant and professional on the phone and she always made sure all appointments ran smoothly. She even remembered us and was willing to help with mailing out a receipt needed for our personal use months after the job was complete.

I can't thank you enough for such a pleasant experience on such an inexpensive job. We look forward to working with you again when we are ready to extend our home. We always refer to you when any of our friends are concerned with home improvements.
